Montana Guts 💪

Regular Guts

• Everyone antes into the pot. Each player gets 2 cards (best 5-card hand ranking applies).
• All players simultaneously declare IN or OUT. If you're IN, you're competing; if you're OUT, you're safe.
• All IN players reveal their hands. Best hand wins the pot.
• Every IN player who loses must match the entire pot (which goes to the next round). Pot can grow quickly!
• If everyone folds, the pot carries over to the next round and one extra ante is added.

Guts or Burn

• Same as Regular Guts, but with one twist: if you declared OUT and the IN player(s) win, you must also match the pot (you "burn").
• Being OUT is no longer automatically safe — you burn if the winners were IN and you weren't.
• Only IN players who lose to a better hand match the pot in the regular losers pool; OUT players who burn also match.

Hand rankings: standard poker. 2 cards can make a Pair, High Card only — best Pair wins, then high card.
